IC-A is the Spanish Board Directors Association. Founded in 2003. IC-A celebrates its 10th Anniversary in 2013 IC-A is the benchmark of Board Directors and Corporate Governance in Spain. The Institute provides its members (board directors) with:
  • information services

  • conferences, events and professional networking events

  • public representation and opinion

  • professional standards in corporate governance (elaboration of governance codes for listed & non-listed companies, non-profit organisations and other board director publications)

  • board director training and professional development.

Number of members: Over 400 (membership only available to individual Board Directors)
