Description

The Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) is a governance training school affiliated to Laval University (Québec City, Canada). 

The CAS is a Quebec leader in Corporate Governance and director training, particularly through its flagship certification program that leads to the ASC designation. This highly-recognised University Certification is supported by many major influential bodies including its founding partners namely, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the Ministère du conseil exécutif du Gouvernement du Québec and the Faculté des sciences de l'administration (FSA-ULaval).

The CAS certification program is recognized as equivalent to the program run by the Directors College, affiliated to McMaster University in English Canada, as well as to the IFA program offered in France.
