Description

The Dutch Association of Board members and supervisory Board members (NCD, Nederlandse vereniging van Commissarissen en Directeuren) joined ecoDa as a full member in April 2013. The NCD, the Dutch Association of Board members and supervisory Board members, was registered on the 9th of April 1953. NCD profiles itself with the pay off 'Passion for Leadership', being a platform for Leadership & Governance, giving inspiration to the members, aiming at mutual support among members in personal growth. Trust and pleasure are immanent. Activities of the NCD are national events (40 a year), district events (250 a year), and education (NCD Academy; Dynamic Leadership and Governance).

NKCC and NCD announced merger on June 11, 2014. This merger consolidated the Dutch market for directors and supervisors' representation.
