Report - Say on Pay: International comparisons and best practices, IFA, November 2013


This report is not intended to deal exhaustively with Say on Pay or provide a detailed country-wise legal analysis. It simply aims on the one hand, when major French companies are about to adopt such a system, to provide a comparative overview of the operational modalities of Say on Pay implementation in countries with different cultures and varying maturities on the subject. On the other hand, the survey with the above panel has also made it possible to identify a few best practices suggested by our stakeholders for the efficient functioning of Say on Pay.
